A group of three water mills nestling in a wildly beautiful valley at one place of singular rusticity near a riverside. From the rehabilitation, seven were converted in accommodation. It disposes one Oven, Typical Kitchen and recovered Mill. The place will invite you to rest wrapped in calm peace. This splendid reconstruction offers modern comforts in a traditional and picturesque environment. Great care has been taken to preserve the buildings in traditional style whilst providing all the comfort required by modern life. In addition, the complex is completely self-sufficient in terms of energy production, thanks to a combination of solar panels and water power generated by a micro hydric, Harmonious mix of traditional and modern, where guests can experience the authenticity of the traditional mill buildings whilst enjoying all modern comforts, secure in the knowledge that the environmental impact of their stay has been carefully studied to be reduced to the absolute minimum. The owners invite guests to use their living and dining areas for breakfast and evening meals which are served upon request, and to relax by the log fire in the cold winter nights. There is also an outdoor barbecue area and a shady pergola with rustic tables and benches. Enjoy, on the hot summer days, the ecological swimming pool fed by water from the millstream and filtered by the use of aquatic plants, without any harmful chemicals – a real ‘back-to-nature’ experience! The involving surroundings also permit going for walks and donkey-riding (by request). For those who are not thrilled with the peacefulness of the place, mountain bikes and quad bikes are available for visits around, as well as programmes for those who want to visit monuments, bridges and Roman roads, to be able to enjoy navigating in his waters or by coal train in his edges, allowing the enjoyment of the magnificent views and landscapes that only the Douro river has to offer.

Met veel zorg en aandacht zijn de molens in de traditionele stijl bewaard gebleven, maar ze bieden de gasten tegelijkertijd alle comfort die het moderne leven verlangt. Het complex is volkomen zelfvoorzienend qua energieproductie dankzij de zonnepanelen en door de waterkracht. In deze harmonieuze mix van traditie en moderniteit kunt u er zeker van zijn dat uw verblijf in onze molens een zo min mogelijk negatief effect heeft op de omgeving en een maximaal positieve uitwerking op u. De eigenaren nodigen de gasten uit gebruik te maken van hun woon- en eetkamer voor het ontbijt en op aanvraag wordt ook het diner geheel verzorgd. Koude winteravonden kunt u doorbrengen bij het knusse haardvuur en in de zomer kunt u buiten heerlijk barbecueën onder de pergola aan rustieke tafels en banken. Voor een authentiek terug naar de natuur-gevoel kunt u een duik nemen in ons ecologische zwembad.

De molens liggen in het dorpje Leomil, in de oude provincie Douro, dat vooral bekend is om zijn met wijnranken begroeide valleien. De omgeving leent zich voor mooie wandelingen en, op verzoek, ezelritjes. Voor de gasten die het minder rustig aan willen doen zijn er mountainbikes beschikbaar. We verzorgen ook uitstapjes naar monumenten, bruggen en Romeinse wegen in de omgeving. De Douro-rivier biedt geweldige landschappen en tijdens een ritje met een oude stoomtrein kunt u genieten van spectaculaire uitzichten.
