Farm and surroundings

Quinta da Cerca (15 ha) sits on a hilltop with a view of the mountains. The renovated granite manor is the heart of this place, and offers a pleasant stay for those who value hospitality and meeting others above luxury. The organic vegetable gardens assure healthy (vegetarian) meals, with dishes from all over the world. The sun terrace, pleasant communal room and shaded dance floor near the river can be used by those who want to organise a course. Next to the house and its guest rooms (3 double rooms and one for 4 persons) there is an open-air bar (summers only) and a swimming pool. Under the eucalyptus trees on the slope there are 6 caravans for hire, and you can pitch your tent in the olive orchard. Rye bread, honey, olive oil, jam and vegetables are for sale.

A small river cuts across the property. In summertime, dardo takes guests on caving expeditions upstream. Explore the wide variety of walking routes in the surrounding mountains which start at the quinta. Folder on request.
