Polna Zdrój
This little farm “Polna Zdrój” of two hectares was built over 200 hundred years ago at the edge of the little town of Wleń that was founded back in the 13th century. The beautiful landscape of the Bobr valley surrounds this busy little town. The house has been lovingly refurbished and you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of the Karkonosze mountain range from the "beach" and the viewing deck.
You can choose from 4 rooms (1 double room, 1 triple room and 2 rooms that can sleep up to 5 people). All rooms have bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen with an adjacent dining room – all in a converted barn. They serve hearty home-made meals from mostly local, seasonal, and organic produce. Guests can enjoy a small playground and external sauna (dry bath) or make a bonfire or BBQ (cast-iron grill is available). There are also 2 canoes and 4 bikes to rent.
From any part of the Bóbr Valley Landscape Park you’ll have stunning views of many of the mountain ranges that make up the western part of Lower Silesia. In the area, protected under Natura 2000 network, on the Land of Extinct Volcanoes you’ll have a perfect starting point for visiting the Jelenia Góra Valley of Palaces and Gardens when you travel south of Wleń. To the north you can go to Lwówek Sląskie and visit the local beer brewery, Browar Lwówek. Right outside Wleń, on the top of the hill overlooking the town, you can have a coffee and cake at the little café in the recently renovated Lenno Palace. There are several old castles and monuments in the Bóbr Valley, not to mention the Nature Park with its bird sanctuary.
