Villa Greta is located in an authentic Sudeten village of Dobków. Surrounding the village are the Kaczawskie Mountain peaks and the hills of Kaczawskie Foothills. Our house is unique as it has been in the hands of our family for over 130 years. This allowed us to preserve many family heirlooms and maintain the house’s unique atmosphere. Villa Greta is a guesthouse situated far away from civilization in the Land of Extinct Volcanoes. It is also a restaurant specializing in Polish regional and seasonal cuisine following the idea of slow food. We welcome all guests, especially families with children, for whom we have prepared a large safe space to play and a unique playground with figures of animals commonly found in our region. We are committed to protecting the environment and biodiversity of the region and the entire Poland. We also support (materially and financially) all measures aimed at protection of nature. We also organise many types of workshops like ceramic, tissue-paper, embroidery, geological exploration and polishing of agates, alchemy, eco-soaps making, stationery, felting, beekeeping and archeological workshops

We can accommodate 25 people in 9 rooms and offer rollaway beds. We have 21 beds (17 single beds and 4 double beds) and 4 rollaway beds divided over four two-person bedrooms with bathrooms, four four-person bedrooms with bathrooms and one one-person room with a private bathroom. There are many castles in the area you can visit, like Lipa Castle (5 km), Świna Castle (15 km) or Bolków Castle (19 km). You must visit the historic Churches of Peace in Jawor (24 km) and Świdnica (49 km). Remains of the three volcanic periods (volcanic cones, rocky bodies, pillow lavas, minerals etc.) are to be found all over the region, which is called the land of the extinct volcanoes. Łysa Góra- Dziwiszów ski resort is only 15 km away.
