Szymanki
This working agrotourism farm of 3.5 ha is located in a quiet corner of the land and surrounded with ponds and greenery. Enthusiasts of wildlife will be delighted to watch our animals like horses, llamas, sheep, wild boars, storks and decorative poultry. They can also enjoy cart rides, angling and mushroom picking cart trips in autumn.
They offer accommodation for 10 people in triple and quadruple rooms with two bathrooms with shower units, a living room with TV set and a kitchen for the guests. They also offer a barbecue and a place for bonfire. Other attractions on the farm include a billiard table, a table tennis table, a table football table, darts, bicycles as well as a selection of board games and a play area for children and ponds.
You can enjoy the Barycz Valley Landscape Park (87.000 hectares) and “Milicz Ponds” ornithological reserve (within boundaries of the Landscape Park) with an extensive network of tourist (walking, bicycle, horse riding) trails as well as educational and nature trails. In Milicz you can find ruins of the castle (14th century) of dukes of Oleśnica and the beautiful palace of the Maltazan family (18th century) with an English-style garden or the Grace Church (18th century) in Milicz. Nearby there is an ecological apiary with decorative beehives with apiculture-related architecture and there’s honey for sale.
