Bhrugu Aranya International Ecovillage is located in the rolling hills of Beskid Makowski in southern Poland, surrounded by green forests, and has been growing since 1995. The inhabitants are an eclectic group of artists, healers, writers, filmmakers, musicians, therapists, farmers, teachers and herbalists. Their houses are made of environmentally friendly materials. This farm is also the seat of Homa Therapy Foundation, which is a non-profit, ecological and educational organization. They are dedicated to the dissemination of ancient ayurvedic knowledge that uses Homa Therapy techniques in order to restore the harmony in nature. In their beautiful mandala garden they grow many kinds of vegetables and in the spiral- shaped herbal garden we grow medicinal herbs.

Guests are offered accommodation in a wooden rural cottage and Dutch bungalows, fully equipped with cooker, fridge, sink and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Delicious meals for vegetarians are made from organic products, including fresh vegetables directly from the garden. A daily vegetarian meal is included in the price. Also offered are the teaching of Agnihotra practices and other Vedic healing and transforming fires and the teaching of Homa organic gardening techniques combined with practice in the garden.

In nearby Jordanów you can find many interesting things to see, like the City Hall (1911) or the Manor complex (2nd half of 18th and 19th century), the Wooden log houses (18th - 19th century) and the Church of the Holy Trinity and St. Lawrence (1908-1913). In Sucha Beskidzka (20 km) you can visit the Renaissance castle "Little Wawel", named after the big Wawel castle in Kraków. Although the farm is already surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Beskid Mountains, you can go to Gorczański National Park.
