The Praakli Farm is situated in a beautiful nature surrounding on the edge of a pine forest. The threshing building was built in 1790, the extension in 1915, the wooden furnishing and limestone has been renovated, the storehouse with a reed roof has been restored, the sauna house dates from 1905. The mellow Farm is engaged in the traditional farming: there are sheep, goat, dog, rabbit, cat, cock, hens and bees in the Farm. Herbs tea, homemade bread and barbecue meat on pre-booking. Especially suitable place for spending nature and family holidays. The farm is located in the beautiful Saaremaa countryside in the parish of Kärla near the lake Karujärv. It is a fully working Organic Farm of 50 ha with sheep, goat, bees, chickens, cereals and vegetables. Our aim is to produce food that tastes like food use to. We are growing crops without chemicals. And rearing our animals on all totally natural food running in the fields except in the depths of winter when they will be in straw yards. On the farm we have a sheep flock with the annual cycle of lambing in March and shearing in June. We usually have a few orphan lambs around to be fed. In the summer there is hay and silage making and in the autumn the corn has to be harvested. These are always exciting times on the farm, and are enjoyed by guests who often like to get stuck in if they are staying at he right time.

We offer traditional Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast. We have a large lawn were children can play safely with Rebeka and Liisa-Maria always waiting for a game. Visitors are welcome to bring their small dogs with them. Self catering can be any length of stay and is charged on a daily basis with all services included in the price. Praakli-Reediku Farm also has a well equipped one bedroom self catering unit. You will stay in a warm and friendly farm house. There is home cooking (home-made bread being a speciality), which is produced from the farm and garden. We have a sitting-room heated by a fireplace oven with sat-television and video for your use. One bedroom has a double bed. There is also a large lounge with TV, kitchen.

Praakli-Reediku is an excellent touring base and central for activity Saaremaa centres providing fishing, riding, cycling.
